  I ate here with my husband and my 3 year old daughter and we were pleasantly delighted by the food and especially the service. Montana was five stars. She assisted us with happy hour appetizers and drinks and later followed by great dinner suggestions. She was super friendly and attentive and is the reason I'd give this place a five star review. If you visit ask for her as your server. The tacos were also great and the kids options fantastic!

  Really was not that good, Rustic Italian pizza was bland, very light on cheese and the oven roasted chicken looked fried and was not very good. The rice and vegetables were the only good thing from the chicken dish. Would definitely not return.

  We had our annual golf tournament in Campbell River this year and decided to go here for dinner on Saturday night. Fourteen tires possibly slightly inebriated golfers aged mid thirties to early seventies. The food was great, wine was good and well priced(50% off coupon) and company was great. But the best part of the evening by far were our two waitresses. Paige and Kelsey were truly special. Great service, fantastic sense of humour and genuinely nice people. Ladies thanks for making the evening even better. Moxie's is lucky to have you two working for them

  We came here in a group. We were seated promptly, some of us ordered a draft beer. Unfortunately the tap beers were cloudy. Suspect the tap lines may not be clean. The Steak was quite good. Garden salad was fresh and nice. Server not as nice . Just not overly friendly . So it tended to affect our experience. Some of my party felt upon leaving, the whole visit was just mediocre.

  My family went to Moxie's for dinner.  We sat outside on the patio where there was a view of the water.  I had the shrimp linguine that came with 1/2 a baby lobster tail in a "rustic tomato sauce" which was some herbs and chopped up tomatoes and seasoning.  It was very good. It came with a bread slice that was also very good.  One of us had the beef vindaloo with jasmine rice and really enjoyed it.  The young one had a pizza from the children't menu which was a generous size and for dessert had the volcano ice cream (vanilla ice cream in a dish that steamed-he thought it was cool.  Two shared the chocolate cake that was delicious.  All in all a very good meal with good service.
